What does a consult cost?
Each consult type has its own price. You see the exact price when you choose a consult type and a healthcare provider, before you pay. Nothing is added at checkout.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Your confirmation email links to your booking page, where you can cancel or ask your healthcare provider for another time. Cancelling more than 24 hours before your consult is free. Within 24 hours, or if you do not attend, a fixed fee of R200 applies.
