On the day
Open the video link at your booked time, on any device with a camera. There is nothing to install.

Reminders arrive by email before your consult, with the link to join.
After the consult
Anything your provider issues comes to you from them. You pay online when you book. After your consult you get a medical invoice by email to submit to your medical aid for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed.
Your invoice
Carries the practice details and codes for your medical aid claim.
Another consult
Book again at any time. Each booking is a fresh payment, because your card details are not kept.

A phone, tablet or computer with a camera, a stable internet connection, and a private space to talk. Your video link arrives by email when you book.
How long does a consult last?
It depends on the consult type. Each one shows its length before you pay.
What happens after I pay?
Your booking confirms the moment payment goes through. You get an email with the video link and a manage link to cancel or ask to move it, and a calendar invite follows. A reminder arrives before your consult.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Your confirmation email links to your booking page. You can cancel there up to four hours before the consult, and you can email your provider to ask for another time. Cancelling more than 24 hours before is free. Within 24 hours, or if you do not attend, a fixed fee of R200 applies.
