By registering as a healthcare provider on Health Near Me, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

User Registration and Accounts:
Eligibility: Registration is open to licensed healthcare providers who meet the qualification criteria.
Account Creation: Providers must submit accurate and current professional credentials during registration including:
Copy of Identity Document
Copy of Qualifications
HPCSA/SAPC/Relevant body registrations

Account Management:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of the account.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Regulatory Adherence: Health Near Me and its registered providers must comply with all applicable healthcare laws and telemedicine regulations.
POPIA Compliance: Commitment to maintaining the privacy and security of patient information as per POPIA legislation.

User Responsibilities
Ethical Conduct: Providers are expected to use Health Near Me ethically and professionally.
Accuracy of Information: Providers must ensure that all information provided to patients is accurate and up-to-date.
Communication Standards: Please provide services to patients in a professional manner, consistent with your regulatory obligations and the standards of your profession and uphold the reputation of Health Near Me.


By listing any profile and using Health Near Me you agree that the information displayed on the profiles are accurate, up-to-date and does not infringe upon any copyright/healthcare laws and regulations including HPCSA guidelines for advertising and telemedicine services.
You agree not to use Health Near Me if your regulatory body registrations are not up to date/renewed/suspended.

Data Security and Privacy
Patient information stored on your electronic health care records remains your responsibility.
Incident Reporting: Providers must report any suspected data breaches or security incidents promptly.
Patients are required to sign your practice POPIA policy before using your services.

Platform Services
Telemedicine Services: Health Near Me facilitates the provision of telemedicine services between healthcare providers and patients. You are solely responsible for the quality and appropriateness of the healthcare services you provide.
You are responsible for confirming all appointments made through the system for your services.
You are solely responsible for your healthcare products including purchase confirmations, delivery, refunds, returns, guarantees and warranties.
Patient Information: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of patient information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities. You agree not to:
Use Health Near Me for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent the affiliation with any person or entity.
Use Health Near Me to transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Health Near Me.
Engage in any activity that could disrupt or harm Health Near Me or its users.

Limitation of Liability

YOU ARE ENTITLED TO SUBMIT ANY REVIEWS/PUBLICATIONS AND/OR SERVICE-RELATED REVIEWS/PUBLICATIONS (INCLUDING PUBLICATIONS ON THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND OTHER RELATED FORUMS AND PLATFORMS) ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH Health Near Me, ITS SERVICES AND PRODUCTS. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR PUBLICATION WILL BE EASILY ACCESSIBLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
